How To Setup WireGuard on iOS

Install WireGuard App

  1. Download and install the WireGuard app from the App Store on your iOS device.

Access VPN Panel

  1. Log in to the WorldVPN panel at https://www.worldvpn.net/client/login using your account credentials.
  2. Navigate to the "WireGuard" section in the menu.

Create WireGuard Configuration

  1. In the WireGuard section, click "Add WireGuard Config" or similar button to create a new configuration.
  2. Follow the prompts to complete the configuration creation.
  3. Once created, you'll have two options to install the configuration on your iOS device.

Import Configuration to iOS

  1. Option 1 - QR Code (Recommended):
  2. In the VPN panel, click "View QR Code" or similar option for your WireGuard configuration.
  3. Open the WireGuard app on your iOS device.
  4. Tap the "+" button and select "Create from QR code".
  5. Scan the QR code displayed on the VPN panel.
  6. Give the tunnel a name and tap "Save".
  1. Option 2 - Configuration File:
  2. In the VPN panel, click "Download Config" to download the WireGuard configuration file (.conf).
  3. Transfer the file to your iOS device (via email, cloud storage, or AirDrop).
  4. Open the configuration file on your iOS device - it should automatically open in the WireGuard app.
  5. Tap "Add Tunnel" or "Import" to add the configuration.

Connect to WorldVPN

  1. Open the WireGuard app on your iOS device.
  2. Find the tunnel configuration you just added.
  3. Toggle the switch next to the tunnel name to activate the VPN connection.

Verify Connection

  1. Once connected, you should see a VPN key icon in the status bar at the top of your screen. The WireGuard app will also show the tunnel as "Active" with data transfer statistics.
